D's surgery on Wednesday went well. Cast on for 10-14 days, then pin removal in office. Yikes!

ReplyDeletePin removal! That sounds terrible. On a happier note I love love love your header. Adorable! So cool you made your own spindle. How crafty of you! I did dye some of my own wool. I used a Kool-aid microwave method. Didn't turn out exactly like I planned but its spinning quite nicely. I bought my wool at a local yarn store for about $8 for 4oz. Not so bad. If your can't find anything locally try searching Etsy. I have found some there for sale at a decent price as well. Lots more spinning tips coming up at Tangle Happy.
