I know this person who has all these great ideas, and is usually really enthusiastic about them. She gets me excited about new things and re-energizes me towards past ideas. Lately I have found myself being disappointed in her because after that exhilarating rush of "Let's do this!" she disappears. She starts projects and doesn't finish them. She gets bored. Unmotivated. All bark and no bite.
Do you know someone like that? Doesn't it just drive you crazy??

That 'person' up there is me.
Sometimes I feel like I've got so much to do that I don't know where to start. I start lists and then forget about them. Or none of the stuff that needs to be done is 'fun,' so I just don't do it at all. Sometimes just keeping up with the laundry and dishes is all I can muster the desire to do. Some days I'd rather just sew and crochet and knit and create and create and create... I want to make dolls, dresses, sweaters, pillows, quilts, blankets, skirts, shirts, hats, scarves...
Now what? How do I fix this? How do you keep yourself (or your unnamed friend) going? Paced?

I wish I had the answer. I'm suffering from the same thing. Not just crafting but trying to get motivated to figure out what I want to do with life. Ahh again I wish we lived closer!!
